About Perceptron
Perceptron was born from a simple frustration: existing network scanners show you IP addresses and MAC addresses, but not much else. When managing networks with dozens or hundreds of devices, you need to know what each device actually is.
Perceptron combines multiple discovery protocols (mDNS, SSDP, DNS, SNMP) with manufacturer databases to give you real, useful information about every device on your network. Device names, manufacturers, device types—the details that matter when you're troubleshooting or documenting infrastructure.
