Perceptron is provided as free software for personal and commercial use. You may:
- Use Perceptron for any lawful purpose
- Install Perceptron on multiple devices
- Use Perceptron in professional and business environments
§ 02 — ACCEPTABLE USE
- Only scan networks you own or have explicit permission to scan
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the software responsibly and ethically
- Scan networks without authorization
- Use Perceptron for any illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Redistribute or resell Perceptron
§ 03 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
PERCEPTRON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the software is at your own risk.
§ 04 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Perceptron, including its name, logo, and design, are the intellectual property of Scott Waters. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
§ 06 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Perceptron after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
